Mineral:Cinnabar on Dolomite
Locality:Wanshan, Tongren, Guizhou Province, China
Description:Many large translucent red cinnabar crystals to 9 mm intermixed with translucent pale-yellow wedge-shaped dolomite crystals to 8 mm. The cinnabar crystals have slightly gray surface layer, possibly caused by post-crystallization alteration.
Overall Size:5.5x4.5x4 cm
