Description:Unusually large transparent blue sapphire crystal, the colored gem variety of the mineral species corundum, with hexagonal di-pyramidal form composed of stepped crystal faces. The sapphire has bands of deeper blue color alternating with pale zones. Weight: 50.49 carats
