Description:Superb gem-grade green aquamarine crystal, the gem variety of the mineral species beryl with no matrix attached. The aquamarine crystal is prismatic hexagonal form with striated etched prism faces and complex termination with secondary edge faces. Ex. A.L. Kidwell (1918 - 2008) collection; originally acquired ca. 1967. Weight: 309 grams
