Locality:Cavnic Mine (Kapnikbanya), Maramures, Romania
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent smoky quartz crystals to 70 mm with 2 mm thick partial overgrowth of tan-colored dolomite crystals coated with yellow-metallic pyrite microcrystals. The smoky quartz is composed of many parallel crystals.
