Description: | Lustrous translucent-to-transparent greenish-gray apophyllite crystals to 18 mm on a 10 mm thick convex plate of pale-green datolite. Scattered throughout are dark-metallic cubic pyrite crystals to 1 mm that have tarnished surfaces. Quarry is now closed. Collected in 2004 by Eric Stanchich. |
