Mineral:Epidote with Grossular Garnet
Locality:near Diakon, Kayes Region, Mali
Description:Large green epidote crystals to 48 mm long with dodecahedral translucent brown grossular garnet crystals to 10 mm across embedded in areas of the epidote. The epidote crystals have complex surfaces composed of many smaller crystal faces.
