Description: | Lustrous yellow-metallic cubic pyrite crystals to 1 mm on transparent-to-translucent gray quartz crystals to 3 mm on rhombic gray calcite that has lamellar etched edges. The pyrite crystals have a brown limonite coating in areas. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection, collected in the 1970s by a construction worker at the site |
