Locality:Minerva #1 Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Large triangular plate of translucent yellow fluorite crystals to 22 mm with etched brown sphalerite crystals to 18 mm. The fluorite crystals exhibit distorted cubic form that resemble scalenohedral form. The fluorite crystals fluoresce under SW UV. Ex. Roy A. Smith (1935-2014) collection
