Description: | Lustrous translucent olive-green pyromorphite crystals on one face of brown limonite gossan, locally called pickering by the early miners. The pyromorphite crystals formed in a thin vein, that pinched out in places causing incomplete crystals. Ex. Mort Metersky collection |
