Description: | Translucent yellow rhombohedral calcite crystals to 18 mm with a second generation of smaller calcite overgrown on the surfaces. The calcite grew over a plate of prehnite that is totally obscured by the calcite crystals. Ex. St. Lawrence University Collection; ex. Howard E. Moore (1926-2011); originally acquired early 1930s |
