Description: | Gray lepidolite pseudomorphs after prismatic elbaite tourmaline crystals in quartz-lepidolite-albite. The elbaite crystallized first, then altered molecule by molecule to lepidolite mica, maintaining the original elbaite shape. Collected in 1992 by Richard Schooner (1925-2007) |
