Locality:Jbel Irhoud (Irhoud Mine), north of Commune Ighoud, 85 km northwest of Marrakesh, Youssoufia Province, Morocco
Description:Layered formation of lustrous dark gray-metallic hematite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 20 mm across with brown limonite in recesses on the hematite surfaces. The surfaces of ALL Irhoud hematite specimens are buffed to improve luster. Collected in 2014
