Mineral:Fluorite on Quartz with Fluorite
Locality:Middle Mountain, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Translucent brown cubic fluorite crystals to 4 mm and colorless quartz crystals to 7 mm overgrown with a second generation 30 mm translucent green fluorite crystal. The fluorite crystals have etched crystal faces causing matte luster. Collected ca. 1985-90
