Description: | Lustrous translucent orange-brown uvite tourmaline crystals with white calcite between the crystals. The uvite tourmaline crystals fluoresce yellow under SW UV illumination. These are the fluorine-dominant variety fluor-uvite. Ex. Irving Horowitz collection #658; originally acquired from Tervo in 1978 |
