Description: | Compact crystallized mass of elongated black ludwigite crystals with white calcite and a few scattered yellow-metallic chalcopyrite crystals. The calcite could be dissolved to expose the terminations of the ludwigite crystals. Ex. Irving Horowitz collection #917, originally acquired in 1981 |
