Mineral:Mesolite with Apophyllite
Locality:Cape d'Or, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, Canada
Description:Acicular white mesolite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 6 mm diameter plus a few translucent colorless tabular apophyllite crystals to 10 mm in vesicles in brown basalt. EDS testing shows the species is mesolite, though not pure end-member.
