Description: | Lustrous transparent pale-yellow thaumasite crystal with no matrix attached. The thaumasite crystal is hexagonal form with flat basal pinacoid termination. The internal transparency of this thaumasite crystal is exceptional. Originally acquired from Rob Smith (Johannesburg, South Africa) ca. 1985 |
