Description:Lustrous dark red-black anatase crystals to 3 mm on one prism face of a 33 mm translucent colorless tapered quartz crystal. The anatase crystals appear black, but exhibit red translucency under strong illumination. Three anatase are incomplete. Collected ca. 1990
