Locality:Moat Mountain, west of North Conway, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Translucent smoky quartz crystals with lustrous faces that have suture patterns indicating it is twinned following the Dauphiné Law of quartz twinning. The main smoky quartz crystal is naturally crystallized on all faces - a floater. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection, collected in the 1960s-70s
