Description: | Aesthetic formation of lustrous translucent brown-black sphalerite crystals to 20 mm intermixed with white barite crystals in hemispherical formations to 20 mm across. The contrast of the white barite and dark sphalerite is very attractive. Ex. Roy A. Smith (1935-2014) collection #M1347; acquired from former miner Bear Foster ca. 1992 |
