Mineral:Fluorite on Quartz
Locality:Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Lustrous transparent purplish-gray cubic fluorite crystals to 8 mm on lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless quartz crystals to 12 mm. The fluorite crystals have gray coating on some surfaces and fluoresce violet under SW UV illumination.
