Description: | Sparkling cluster of green grossular garnet crystals on one face of a plate of compact crystallized grossular. The grossular garnet are dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge faces. The grossular green color is due to high chrome content. Ex. James Dobo, jr. collection #2210, originally acquired in 1994 from F. Melanson |
