Locality:Hedgehog Hill, Peru, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Two brown almandine garnet crystals in contrasting feldspar-quartz-muscovite matrix. The almandine crystals are trapezohedral form and were carefully exposed by chipping away the surrounding matrix. Other incomplete crystals throughout.
Overall Size:6.5x5x4 cm
Crystals:15-17 mm
