Description: | Translucent white calcite crystals to 24 mm coated with gray-green rhombohedral smithsonite crystals to 0.5 mm. The calcite crystals are tapered hexagonal form with rhombohedral terminations. The uncoated sides fluoresce orange under SW UV illumination. Ex. W. Keller #5215, acquired in 1999; originally sold by Fraziers in 1972 |
