Description: | Unusually large crystals of translucent pale yellow-green prehnite with no matrix attached. When these large prehnite crystals were found in 1970s these commanded very high prices as the best crystals of the species. See Min. Record v.10#2, pp. 74. Ex. W. Keller #9218, acquired in 1985 from Neal A. Pfaff (1947–2013) |
