Mineral:Ferberite and Siderite with Pyrite
Locality:Panasqueira Mine, Barroca Grande, 21 km. west of Fundao, Castelo Branco, Portugal
Description:Superb large lustrous black ferberite crystals to 75 mm with hexagonal translucent beige siderite crystals to 18 mm on the rear with small yellow-metallic pyrite microcrystals. The ferberite crystals have striated prism faces with angled terminations.
