Locality:Goboboseb Mountains, 43 km west of Brandberg Mountain, Erongo region, Namibia
Description:Doubly-terminated lustrous transparent deep-purple amethyst quartz crystal with a smaller amethyst crystal on the side. The amethyst crystals have brown laterite in crevices where the crystals were attached to matrix that later decomposed.
Overall Size:4x2x1.5 cm
Crystals:10-40 mm
