Description: | Lustrous transparent orange-brown grossular garnet crystals to 6 mm with translucent green prismatic diopside crystals to 8 mm. The grossular garnet crystals (variety: hessonite) are dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge faces. Collected ca. 1980 |
