Locality:Prospect Park Quarry, Prospect Park, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous transparent yellow rhombohedral calcite crystals on a thin datolite cast after another mineral with pale green datolite crystals to 2 mm. The calcite crystals are interpenetrant twinned, similar to the twinned calcite crystals from Kazakhstan. From my personal collection; collected ca. 1985
