Locality:Strickland Quarry, Collins Hill, Portland, Middlesex County, Connecticut
Description:Lustrous translucent green elbaite tourmaline partial crystals to 21 mm embedded in silvery thin muscovite mica crystals with minor white albite. Elbaite tourmaline crystals are visible on all edge of the muscovite. From my personal collection; collected on the Boston Mineral Club field trip when the dumps were being graded during golf course construction ca. 1994
