Description: | Elongated translucent green beryl crystal embedded in quartz-albite matrix with smaller beryl crystals visible around the perimeter. From a one-time find on the hill adjacent to Collins Hill where the famous Strickland Quarry is located. Collected June 1997 during pipeline excavation |
