Description: | Lustrous translucent colorless quartz crystals to 6 mm with prismatic translucent gray hexagonal calcite crystals to 15 mm and lustrous black sphalerite crystals to 4 mm. With old pen-and-ink label on one edge from the infamous Lord Calvert. Ex. John F. Lord Calvert (1825-1897); purchased in 1938 by Martin Ehrmann (1904-1972); ex. John S. Albanese (1898-1969); ex. John E. MacDonald (1933-2009) |
