Locality:Silverton District, San Juan County, Colorado
Description:Lustrous translucent pink rhombohedral rhodochrosite crystals to 4 mm with yellow-metallic pyrite microcrystals. The rear of the rhodochrosite group has a flat impression where it grew over another mineral, now missing. Collected ca. 1980
