Description: | Lustrous translucent dark-blue azurite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 20 mm across. The azurite crystals are thick bladed form. It is not easily visible, but a crack on the bottom reveals this was repaired where it separated into two pieces. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection; ex. Matilda Pfeiffer collection #1008. Repaired |
