Description: | Elongated cluster of lustrous vivid-red vanadinite crystals over white barite. The vanadinite crystals are tabular hexagonal form. The rear faces of the vanadinite crystals have microscopic inclusions that give those faces a brownish appearance. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection, acquired at NJESA Mineral Show in 2003 |
