Locality:Keweenaw Peninsula Copper District, Michigan
Description:Sheet formation of native copper crystals (naturally occurring copper crystals) with fragments of greenish milky quartz trapped in the copper. The copper crystals have a reddish color due to surface alteration to cuprite. Collected ca. 1950
