Locality: | Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey |
Description: | Elongated translucent green prehnite pseudomorph after a 35 mm anhydrite crystal with prismatic white laumontite crystals on the surfaces. The anhydrite crystallized first, was overgrown by prehnite, then the anhydrite dissolved leaving a hollow form. Collected by Kurt Hennig ca. 2005 |
