Description: | Lustrous transparent cubic (with dodecahedral edge faces) color zoned fluorite crystals to 23 mm with microscopic yellow-metallic pyrite inclusions. The fluorite crystals have colorless outer zones, purple phantom-growth zones over pale-gray core zones. Collected ca. 1990. Fluoresces dull violet under 365 nm LW UV illumination |
