Mineral:Andradite Garnet and Willemite in Calcite with Phlogopite
Locality:Franklin District, Sussex County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous translucent brown dodecahedral andradite garnet crystals to 10 mm (with larger incomplete crystals in white calcite and willemite plus phlogopite mica on the rear. The calcite fluoresces orange and willemite fluoresces green under SW UV. Ex. W. B. Thompson collection; ex. Dr. Joseph Springall (1811-1895) of Dexter, Maine
