Description: | Many transparent medium-smoky quartz crystals to 50 mm that grew on, and in fractures between, blocks of tan-colored microcline feldspar with albite crystals to 1 mm. The microcline formed first, was fractured, then the quartz grew on all surfaces. From my personal collection #919; collected ca. 1982 by Peter Samuelson |
