Locality:Rose Quartz Locality, Plumbago Mountain, Newry, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous transparent pink rose quartz crystals to 7 mm in cavities lined with gray cookeite microcrystals in white albite. There are two elongated groups of cavities with rose quartz crystals visible in most of them. Crystals of rose quartz are rare. Collected in June 1969 by Cliff Trebilcock
