Locality:Lubumbashi, Katanga Copperbelt, Haut-Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Description:Elongated cluster of lustrous transparent deep-green malachite crystals in disc-shaped aggregates to 6 mm on contrasting pale-green chrysocolla overgrown on an earlier generation of banded green malachite. The chrysocolla flaked off in areas. From my personal collection; collected ca. 1995
