Mineral:Arfvedsonite with Albite with Zircon
Locality:Hurricane Mountain, east of Intervale, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Lustrous prismatic black arfvedsonite crystals to 22 mm with limonite-stained platy albite crystals to 2 mm and many small brown octahedral zircon microcrystals. The zircon crystals fluoresce yellow under SW UV illumination. Collected ca. 1970
