Mineral:Calcite and Chabazite
Locality:O and G Industries Southbury Quarry, Southbury, New Haven County, Connecticut
Description:Lustrous transparent pale-yellow cubic calcite crystals to 7 mm with lustrous translucent pink-orange chabazite crystals to 1.5 mm in a small cavity lined with colorless datolite. The calcite crystals appear to be interpenetrant twinned crystals. From my personal collection; collected in 1992
