Description: | Translucent white lath-like laumontite crystals to 5 mm with overgrowth of lustrous transparent-to-translucent rhombic calcite crystals to 7 mm. The calcite crystal fluoresces pink-orange under SW UV illumination. Laumontite is uncommon at this quarry. From my personal collection; collected ca. 1989 |
