Description:Two interpenetrant-twinned rhombohedral calcite crystals with remnants of matrix on the bottom where they were attached. The calcite crystals are transparent, with complex parallel crystallization patterns on the faces that obscure the internal clarity. Ex. Rutgers University Geologic Museum
