Locality:Harvard Quarry, Noyes Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous transparent green gemmy elbaite tourmaline crystals in matrix of white albite microcrystals and quartz microcrystals. The elbaite tourmaline crystals fractured and were frozen in place by the surrounding matrix. From my personal collection; collected ca. 1987
