Locality:Auchenlosh Quarry, Dalbeattie, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland
Description:Plate of lustrous translucent smoky quartz crystals to 10 mm with lustrous red-brown hematite microcrystals included in subsurface layers of select faces the quartz crystals giving them a brown appearance. Collected by John Lawson (1942-2024) and Robert Lawson in 1991
