Locality:Missouri River gravel bar, Lewis and Clark County, Montana
Description:Gem-grade bi-colored sapphire crystal with flattened hexagonal form. The sapphire crystal green with an orange center zone. The outer faces of the sapphire have textured faces that show minor alluvial wear when viewed under magnification. Ex. John Kean collection; collected ca. 1950
