Description: | Lustrous colorless transparent scalenohedral calcite crystals to 75 mm on curved plates of yellow-metallic marcasite crystals to 2 mm with translucent brown sphalerite crystals to 2 mm. The calcite crystals have crystallization patterns on the surfaces Ex. Mort Metersky collection, director of International Calcite Collectors Association; collected ca. 1940 |
